Position: System Integration Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC 27513
Term: 10 Months Contract
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document business processes and data flows
  • Conduct detailed analysis between the business requirements
  • Document detailed business requirements related to the business processes and tracking requirements traceability
  • Document the gap analysis, and assist with development of project artifacts including test plans.
  • Developing test scenarios and test cases and execution of user acceptance testing
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project
  • Utilize ITSM tools and software such as JIRA, HP ALM, and Service Now
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networks, and system interfaces. Required 5 years.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities and function in a fast-paced constantly changing, deadline driven environment. Required 5 years.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe software etc. Required 5 years.
  • Experience in IT system problem determination, resolution. Required 4 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience work with data analytics and programming. Highly desired 5 years.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and process. Highly desired 2 years.
  • Knowledge of and experience with IT Service Management best practices and principles. Highly desired 4 years.
