Position:  Engineering Analyst
Location: Little Rock, AR 72212
Term: 3 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders – Using QuickBase to link JobTrac builds to customer orders. Following customer orders from submission to completion. 
  • JobTrac Creation – Create JobTrac work orders from information found in the customer order in QuickBase.
  • Print Creation – Using a pre-engineered design in NetViewer, enhance the work print to identify terminals needing placement by SSP Contractors. 
  • Engage the proper engineers when orders without pre-engineering are within the work queue.
  • Confirm MIROR Record – Confirm assigned lead, terminal, FOSC and count assigned to customer’s address.
  • Terminal Input Form Modification – Modify TIFs created by Engineering and Facilities to update facility records in MIROR. 
  • Invoice Reconciliation – Compare invoices submitted by SSP Contractors to the pricing design in JobTrac.
  • Investigate and document variances.
  • Once fully explained, submit invoices for manager approval. 
  • Coordinate efforts with SSP contractors to ensure jobs are completed in JobTrac prior to the assigned due date. 
  • Coordinate efforts with local managers to complete held orders once they are released from the held status.
  • Held orders will then follow the same path as a new order, but with a higher priority. 
  • Coordinate efforts with the Assignment Group to ensure OSP Builds are complete prior to the customer due date. 

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

  • College degree and 3 years professional level experience or 4+ years professional level related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required
  • Experience with GIS , Design Mapping 
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, email, copying files to various media, etc.)
  • Systems Used QuickBase, NetViewer, MIROR, Google Maps, Microsoft Excel, JobTrac OSP and Adobe Acrobat
